If you choose to cancel
With more than 72 hours to the experience, you can rebook in your Understory feed or by contacting Lodewa Studio & Boutique directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will appear under Rules and security on the experience's product page.
With less than 72 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please be aware that the experiences often include preparations, which involve expenses that must be covered, and you cannot therefore get the money back for the experience.
On the day: If something unforeseeable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the person responsible for the experience so they know that you will not be participating anyway. You will find the contact information in the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are encouraged to give your ticket to a person you like who would enjoy the experience.
If the Experience Provider Cancels
Our experience providers do everything possible to ensure that you can enjoy your experience. However, unforeseen events such as illness, and similar may lead to cancellation. If this happens, the responsible party will contact you by phone/SMS and then via email.
If the experience provider cancels due to too few participants, planning errors, or similar, the cancellation must occur no later than 5 days before the experience starts. Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, alternative booking dates must be available, and if that is not the case, you have the right to a refund for your experience.
